Construction of KDU War Memorial is presently underway with the generous contribution of KDU alumni members of tri forces. The proposed monument will be constructed in front of the parade ground and presently, site preparation is in progress. 

Construction of the monument at a minimal cost is being undertaken by BPP Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, owned by Mr. Gratian Fernando (Retd. Lieutenant – SLN) who is a product of KDA 5th intake. 

The project will be further supervised and monitored by few committees appointed by the acting President – KDU Alumni Association.
