Presently working as Head of Human Resources & Administration at Sanken Construction (pvt.) Ltd. and has vast experience in Human Resources Management in the corporate sector.

 Over 16 years of unblemished service(Retired as a Lieutenant Commander) as an executive officer and served in key management positions in the Sri Lanka Navy with a wide range of experience in the fields of Human Resource Management (HRM), Administration, Training and Welfare.

 Served as a Regional Director for the Youth Corps under the Ministry of Rural Human Resources Development.

Followed several courses on Management, HRM and Leadership Development locally and overseas.
