{Studied at the Ananda College Colombo 10. Batch top of Intake V KDU with the only first class. Life member of the Alumni Association KDU since its inception and its Secretary for 15 years up to 2021. Joined KDU on 21st July 1987 for Intake V and selected to SLAF. Denied flying aptitude from KDU but became a Pilot in the SLAF in 1996 and was awarded the Flying Brevet. First Two Star Officer of the Intake V KDU and retired on 04th February 2021 at the age of 55 years with an unblemished record.}
